Would you like to:

  • Connect more abundantly to your clients and your markets?
  • Offer more value to your clients and reap a greater reward?
  • Find a powerful new way to increase the growth and flow of your own business?

This workshop will show you how to work with the family system to powerfully grow a business.

We all bring our families to work every day. We are so strongly shaped by the patterns of relationship in our families that they unconsciously drive much of our professional behaviour. They shape the ways we create our products, see our opportunities, and relate to our clients and our markets.

This creates much of the potential for our business and many of our obstacles. You might look at a client and unconsciously see a parent. You may look at a competitor and see a sibling. You might look at an opportunity and see a failure in a family business two generations ago.

This workshop will teach you how to work with the family system to dramatically increase business growth. It will show you how to resolve enduring frustrations and to realise more of your potential for professional and financial success.

The day will include teaching, hands on, practical exercises and full demonstration pieces of work. You will have a chance to:

  • Understand the dynamics between your business, your clients and your markets in a completely new way
  • Explore your family’s relationship to growth and flow and how it repeats in your enterprise
  • Learn to work with the family system to increase growth and flow in your own business and in those of your clients

Come along and find out how these tools could change how you work.

About Caroline

Caroline runs a systemic consultancy, working with clients to facilitate growth, innovation and change. Her clients are entrepreneurs and innovators in technical, social and creative fields. They include Silicon Valley tech companies, research scientists, social change agents and artistic institutions in Europe, the USA and Asia.

Caroline’s work enables her to explore her passion for systemic business development – using systemic principles and techniques to help her clients to grow their businesses.

Having worked in conventional account management and market research, Caroline has found that systemic enquiry is a much more powerful way to help her clients to find market traction and sustainable growth. She has developed a unique body of techniques that enable growth by working with the dynamics between an organisation, its clients and its markets.

Caroline has led creativity, growth and change in corporate, entrepreneurial and creative organisations. Previous employers include Morgan Stanley, a pre-IPO green energy company commercialising technology from the European space programme, and English National Opera.

Caroline has 18 years of experience in systemic work. She offers systemic trainings in London that enable people to become more potent as leaders of transformation and growth, and more powerful change agents to their clients.

Her training on working with the organisational system teaches how to align an organisation with its purpose and enable it to reach its goals. It has a core thread of creating business growth through exploring the relationships between the client, their organisation, its clients and its markets.

She also offers a unique training on working with the family system to resolve the most common issues that leaders bring to coaching. It has a core thread of exploring the relationship with professional purpose and realising professional potential.

Caroline has taught systemic consulting around the world, and for institutions including global corporations and Henley Business School. She was a guest presenter at the 2018 Australasian Intensive.
