He has been trained with Bert Hellinger directly since 2008 and been highly commended by Bert for his impressive depth of understanding systemic constellation work. In 2013, for his outstanding reputation, Mr Shi was invited to initiate the first integral conference of traditional Chinese culture and systemic constellation sponsored by the institute of psychology of Chinese Academy of Science.

Due to his proficiency background and compassion, he was appointed as the sectary and executive commissioner of the commission of directors. Systemic constellation approach has been well known in China as a coaching and healing way since 2001.

Alexander applies this approach with personal growth, illness healing, family unification and leadership coaching in China and western countries such as Canada, USA, Germany, Austria and Slovakia etc. Alexander graduated from the school of management of Southern Cross University and had ever acted senor HR professional consultancy in famous consultancy company and and staff in Panasonic and Midea Group.

He was invited as presenter internationally in northern America systemic constellation conference in Seattle 2013, San Diego 2015, and the international organizational constellation conference Vienna, Austria in 2015.
