Caroline runs a systemic consultancy in London. She works with her clients to accelerate growth, innovation and change. Her clients are innovators in technical, social and creative fields. They include silicon valley tech companies, research scientists, social change agents and artistic institutions in Europe, the USA and the Asia Pacific region.
Previously, Caroline worked for seven years at Morgan Stanley. She was Global Head of Communications for the technology division, focusing on change leadership internally and business development externally. Before that, she held a similar role at a green energy start-up approaching IPO. She has also held roles in account management and market research. Earlier, she was a director and choreographer on world stages including the Royal Opera, Glyndebourne and ENO.
