Her current curiosity includes the ecology of care across organizations, communities, and family systems.  She brings together organization development, psychotherapy, relational social constructionism, and systemic constellation work. Ellen is a Co-Founder of the Collaborative Care Learning Network, past Chair of the Board for Ronald McDonald House-San Francisco, and past President of the Bay Area Organization Network.
