2015: Moderator of Constellation Workshops – Develops constellation workshops for various audiences on various topics, including parent groups and diverse festivals

2017: Yael founded the “Constellation Lab” – meetings once a month to explore different motifs from different contents through representational work. The laboratory still exists today, and today it is offered frontally in Israel and English on Zoom.

2017: Trainer and facilitator of family constellation. I teach Introduction to the constellation, individual therapy with constellation, relationships from a constellation perspective, and “Money and I” – constellations for work on issues related to money.

2019: Partner manager in a team that product constellation conferences for the Israeli constellation community. The work involves bringing constellation teachers from abroad to Israel. My partner and I brought in Vivian Broughton, Dr. Karl-Heinz Rauscher, and Sarah Peyton during this time. (The last two conferences were on Zoom).

For the past two years, Yael have been teaching (and still teaches) on Zoom and have facilitated workshops on Zoom.

In 2019, she developed the karmic constellation, which is a stand-alone method. This method combines family constellation, soul work, and karma work.

She teaches the method in zoom and frontal from 2020.

Author of Hebrew consciousness books for children and parents: “The Place Where God Resides” for children, and “The Alchemy of Parenthood” for parents.
